What to Wear for Your GoodPicsKids Shoot

We recommend:

Neutral tones and soft colors (avoid bright graphics or busy patterns)

White or black always photograph beautifully

Simple and timeless looks that let their unique personality shine through

Let’s keep the focus on their smile, not the shirt. (if you want to have us simulate a fashion shoot, let us know)

WHAT to BRING?

The to bring list is age dependent. The younger kids need chapstick, a toy. Some older girls like makeup.

WHEN SHOULD YOU ARRIVE?

10-15 minutes early leaves time so that your child can get comfortable.

WHERE CAN I PRINT THE PHOTOS?

We have relationships with professional printers and can print from your gallery.

Why do you also convert to black and White

Black and white photography highlights a child’s true emotion: joy, wonder, or tenderness, without the visual noise of color. By stripping away distractions, each expression and connection becomes more powerful. The result is timeless imagery that brings the emotional essence of your family portraits into sharp, heartfelt focus.

When will the photos be ready?

Typically photos will be ready in less than 2-weeks, but we often deliver sooner.

What if I need more time?

We will try to accomodate a bit of extra time if the person after you is running late.

How do I select the nonprofit I want to receive 50% of net proceeds?

Let us know at the time of the shoot, or if you used a nonprofit coupon or referral code they will be listed in our system.
